Research authority and limitations

Mathematical finite-domain checks are not universally quantified proofs. Law fitting is numerical, not physical-law certification. Athena Metacortex allocation is a deterministic local reference scheduler; RRS canonical admission is unavailable.

Qualification boundaries

Formal proofs require real Lean execution in an isolation boundary. Recovery supervision runs as a separate service. Mission evidence signatures require an operator-managed Ed25519 key. Athena/RRS remain disconnected until qualified adapters exist.

Constrained combination search

Creating cognitive studies requires validated DOI titles and canonical links via the backend API. The UI deliberately does not invent bibliographic records from DOI strings.
